Indonesia AirAsia Launches Denpasar-Cairns Route Starting August 15
Indonesia AirAsia has launched the Denpasar-Cairns route on August 15.
Flights from Denpasar depart on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, while flights from Cairns depart on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, operating three round trips per week. The aircraft used is the Airbus A320, with a flight duration of 4 hours and 40 minutes for both departures from Denpasar and Cairns.
This service enables seamless transfers from Kuala Lumpur or Bangkok to Cairns via Denpasar. Bali is considered a popular travel destination for those in Cairns as well. The launch was made possible through the Queensland Government’s Aviation Attraction Investment Fund (AAIF).
