Yamanote Line and Keihin-Tohoku Line Major Suspension on April 19-20: Caution for Weekend Outings
JR West has updated the operation plans for the Sanyo Shinkansen and Hakata-Minami Line in response to the approaching Typhoon No. 10.
Heavy rain and strong winds are expected along the railway lines, and depending on the future path and strength of the typhoon, there is a possibility that operations will be suspended or severely delayed across the entire line or sections of it, particularly from August 27th to 29th.
JR West is urging passengers to check for weather updates and the status of train operations. Tickets valid from August 25th to 29th can be changed or refunded without a fee.
