Hilton Tokyo will carry out a major renovation of its banquet hall space, scheduled for completion in October.
The renovation is in response to increasing domestic and international business demand, and will be undertaken in stages, costing hundreds of millions of yen. By completely refurbishing the 3rd floor, the plan is to add approximately 200 square meters of space, including four banquet halls, five meeting rooms, a pre-function room, three breakout areas, and a lecture hall.
The banquet halls will be equipped with beverage and dining facilities to ensure smooth traffic flow, allowing users to enjoy meals and socialization in various formats. In addition, the new event space will feature top-of-the-line LED screens and digital audio technology systems as part of a partnership with the AV & IT solutions provider, Vega Project. To meet the needs of international clients, the staff will be increased to provide language support in eight languages.
A renovation of the 4th floor, which houses the grand banquet halls, is planned for the summer of 2025.
