The Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto has started its autumn dining promotion from September 1.
At The Steakhouse on the first floor, diners can experience a journey through the tastes of three continents with the “Gourmet Journey Course”, featuring signature beefs such as Omi beef sirloin, American corn-fed beef, and Australian grass-fed beef. Other offerings include “Truffle Perfection”, where guests can top their course or à la carte menu items with black truffles, a limited-period course to celebrate the traditional American holiday of Thanksgiving, and an autumn wine pairing selection curated by the sommelier, offering glasses or sets of three or four varieties. This promotion runs until October 31.
On the third floor’s “The Lounge & Bar”, a promotion featuring three types of refreshing apple-flavored liquors takes center stage. These include apple bourbon, organic cider from Brittany, France, and Calvados, a brandy made from apples. This promotion is available until November 30.
