Japan Airlines (JAL) will implement special measures due to adverse weather conditions caused by snowfall.
As of noon on February 4th, special measures will be implemented for all flights departing and arriving on February 4th and 5th at Rishiri, Okushiri, Niigata, Komatsu, Tajima, Oki, Izumo, Fukuoka, Yakushima, Kikai Island, Okinoerabu, and Yoron, as well as all flights on February 4th at Memanbetsu, Nemuro Nakashibetsu, Kushiro, Obihiro, and those departing and arriving at Sapporo/Chitose in the morning.
Tickets for the affected flights can be changed, transferred, or refunded without any handling fees, regardless of delays or cancellations.
