Pullman Tokyo Tamachi is offering the “Sakura Afternoon Tea 2025” from March 1 to May 31.
The sweets include seven types: “Sakura and Strawberry Vacherin,” “Printemps,” “Framboise Ganache Sandwich,” “Sakura and Cerise Mousse,” “Matcha and Grapefruit Macaron,” “Yuzu Roll Cake,” and Japanese-style confectionery “Sakura Mizorekan,” accented with salted cherry blossoms and homemade sakura-colored yokan with the flavor of domyoji flour.
The four savory items offered daily will feature seasonal ingredients such as “Duck and Pistachio Terrine,” “Truffle Egg Sandwich,” and “Cauliflower Potage.” Beverages include 14 types of Ronnefeldt teas such as “Rooibos Kirschblüte,” which means “cherry blossom” in German, and “Sweet Kiss,” as well as coffee and café latte, all offered as free flow. Once the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, the large windows in the counter area offer a panoramic view of the cherry blossoms.
The location is the restaurant and bar “JUNCTION.” Service hours are from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, with a 120-minute seating limit and a 90-minute drink limit. The price starts at 7,000 yen per person (tax included).
