IHG Hotels & Resorts will open ‘ANA Holiday Inn Iwate Kitakami’ in the third quarter of 2025.
An agreement has been reached with Odate Royal Hotel, under F.E.T. System. This is the second contract with F.E.T. System, following the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Kumamoto New Sky. The City Plaza Kitakami Hotel will be rebranded.
The hotel will have 114 rooms and feature the brand’s ‘Open Lobby’ concept. It will also include a restaurant, café & bar, banquet hall, and a large public bath. Access is about a 7-minute walk from JR Kitakami Station.
