THE OSAKA STATION HOTEL, Autograph Collection will present “Afternoon Tea “VOYAGE” La saison des fraises + chocolat blanc,” featuring strawberries and white chocolate with a pink and white theme, until March 31.
The welcome drink, “Milky Gift,” a strawberry milk cocktail, includes purees of various berries mixed with fresh strawberries, white chocolate, and whipped cream, topped with a whole strawberry. The stand offering bite-sized sweets includes strawberry scones and fondue enjoyed with fresh strawberries and castella in white chocolate sauce.
The parfait “Voyage” is inspired by strawberry shortcake and combines strawberries with Sauternes jelly, fresh cream, strawberry jam, and sponge cake, topped with raspberry sauce and fresh strawberries, and two types of strawberry and pistachio ice cream.
Savory dishes include pink and white themed items such as “Cauliflower Mousse with Ikura” and “Camembert and Salmon Pinchos,” as well as mini-sized “Kobe Beef 100% ‘THE-MOMENT Burger’ 1/12 Pound” and “Sweet Potato Potage with a Cinnamon Aroma.”
The evening tea session offers a two-hour free flow featuring not only tea and coffee but also red and white wine and cocktails, along with exclusive evening items such as “Sea Bream Tartare with Caviar.”
The location is “THE LOBBY LOUNGE.” Service times are two sessions during the day: from noon to 2:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, and the evening session from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Prices are 10,000 yen for the day and 12,000 yen for the evening.
