Solaseed Air has resumed the in-flight sales of the ‘JR Kyushu Free Pass’ from April 1.
This discounted pass allows unlimited rides on JR Kyushu’s limited express, rapid, and local trains. The routes targeted are from Tokyo/Haneda to Miyazaki, Kumamoto, Nagasaki, Kagoshima, and Oita. The available types are a total of six kinds: ‘Kumamoto JR Tour Pass’, ‘Nishi Kyushu Free Pass’, ‘Yufuin/Beppu Free Pass’, ‘Central Kyushu Free Pass’, ‘Kagoshima/Miyazaki Free Pass’, and ‘All Kyushu Free Pass’.
There are options for adults and children, with a 10% discount for Solaseed Air card members. The ‘Kumamoto JR Tour Pass’ has different sales periods depending on the validity of the ticket, with 2-day validity available until September 22, and 3-day validity until September 21.
Purchasers will receive an exchange ticket in-flight and must specify the start date of use at the JR Kyushu Green Window exchange station within three days, including the purchase date, to exchange it for a free pass. The exchange station varies depending on the ticket type. The start date of use must be within seven days including the exchange date.
