Raffles Hotel Singapore has partnered with celebrity chef Andre Chiang to open a signature restaurant later this year.
Chiang’s restaurant “Andre” in Singapore (now closed) was highly acclaimed, earning two Michelin stars and being selected in the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants”. Additionally, as a writer in the Raffles Hotel Singapore’s “Writers in Residence” program, Chiang spent time at the hotel in 2024, drawing inspiration that led to his new book “Fragments of Time,” released on April 15.
Chiang commented, “Singapore and Raffles Hotel Singapore have always been special places for me, and I cannot think of a better location to start this new journey. I have always loved this city and felt a strong connection with it. I am excited to return and reconnect with guests. The signature dining room will be a beautiful space, offering a culinary experience like no other.”
