Shin-Yokohama Prince Hotel will host a buffet titled ‘Spring Hiroshima Fair’ from April 1 to May 31.
The menu features dishes like ‘Wagyu and Matsukinoko Salt Grill with Asamurasaki Oyster Soy Sauce Flavor’, which includes matsukinoko mushrooms known for their shape and aroma similar to matsutake mushrooms from Sera Town, Hiroshima, and wagyu beef grilled for added fragrance. Other offerings include ‘Aki-itsu Potato and Salmon Genovese’, ‘Shirasu and Mixed Grain Rice from Momiji Fisheries in Kure City, Hiroshima’, and ‘Hiroshima Specialty Lemon Hot Pot with Chicken and Dumplings’. Additionally, freshly fried Hiroshima specialties such as hormone tempura, agemomiji, and gansu are available.
The location is on the 2nd floor at Buffet Dining Keichel. Lunch is served from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and dinner from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with last orders 30 minutes before closing. Prices start at 4,500 yen for lunch and 6,500 yen for dinner, all including tax but excluding service charge.
