Hilton Tokyo offers “Classic American Diner,” where you can enjoy a choice of burgers and curated grilled savory dishes, from May 9 to mid-August.
The afternoon tea stand, inspired by a bright red vending machine, features savory items employing the smoke & grill techniques characteristic of the Metropolitan Grill. The main attraction is a hamburger you can choose from three types, accompanied by three mini desserts and a bottle of Coca-Cola. The three types of burgers include the “American Classic Beef Burger,” which features a thick beef patty topped with ample aged cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion jam, pickles, and house-made sauce spiced with shallots and garlic powder. There is also the “BBQ Beef Burger,” accentuated by the rich smoked Gouda cheese and crispy red onions, and the “Tropical Beef Burger,” which is mildly spicy with jalapeño cheddar cheese combined with teriyaki sauce and sriracha mayonnaise.
The location is “Metropolitan Grill.” The session is from 3 PM to 5 PM, lasting two hours. The price is 6,300 yen, and it is 7,000 yen on weekends and holidays, including taxes and service charges.
