Hilton, Mitsubishi Estate, and TBS Holdings will open “Canopy by Hilton Tokyo Akasaka” in 2028.
It will be located from the 7th to 18th floors of a composite building with 18 floors above ground and 3 basement levels, which will be part of the West District of the multi-purpose development project temporarily named “Akasaka 2-6 Chome District Development Plan” composed of office spaces, commercial facilities, theaters, halls, and a hotel directly connected to Akasaka Station.
The hotel will offer 174 rooms, primarily approximately 31 square meters in size, including 24 suites. It will feature two dining options — a restaurant & bar and a terrace café with a panoramic view of the Akasaka area — a meeting lounge of about 77 square meters, and a 24-hour fitness room.
The hotel will have direct access to Tokyo Metro Akasaka Station, and the lower floors will house theaters and halls. A limousine bus service to and from the airport is also expected to be available.
“Canopy by Hilton” is Hilton’s lifestyle brand, marking its third location in Japan and the first in the Kanto region.
