Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate has opened “&Here OSAKA NAMBA,” the second installment of its residential hotel business “&Here,” on April 24.
The building consists of two parts: the reception building and the guest building. The reception building, with an exterior resembling a secret base, serves as the entrance with a front counter. The path garden connecting the reception and guest buildings features a water landscape expressing the “City of Water, Osaka” concept.
The hotel offers 89 rooms in 9 types, such as “Deluxe Suite Ikeimachi,” “Executive Suite Enkai-dori,” and “Deluxe Family Bunk,” inspired by keywords like “Osaka Townhouse” and “Hideout.” Incorporating two theme colors, maroon and light purple, the spaces are designed with different concepts for each room, reminiscent of the back alleys of Ura-Namba. Northern rooms feature living-dining areas reminiscent of sunken kotatsu, while southern rooms offer panoramic views of Osaka’s night scenery, including Tsutenkaku Tower.
Inside the facility, there is a bar space “NAMbar,” themed around Ura-Namba’s bar culture, offering Osaka-style drinks and snacks. The rooftop terrace is equipped with facilities for public viewing, ideal for sports watching. The facility’s art was created by Yoshimoto Kogyo’s comedian-artist “Taizo,” and the in-house BGM features original music by the Osaka-based rock band “Undergraph.” The facility is operated by NSKRE Hospitality.
