Solare Hotels and Resorts will rebrand and open ‘The Pulse Kirishima’ on August 16.
Previously known as Active Resorts Kirishima -DAIWA ROYAL HOTEL-, the building is 10 stories tall and located on a site over 50,000 square meters. It offers 243 rooms in total, including Superior Japanese-Western rooms for 3-4 people, Superior Twin, and Moderate Twin types, mainly around 35 square meters in size. Suites and family rooms of about 70 square meters, accommodating up to 6-7 people, are also available.
The hotel features a buffet restaurant using local livestock, seafood, and vegetables, a large indoor bath utilizing cypress wood, an onsen with natural hot spring water, sauna, private baths, lounge, outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball court, karaoke room, playroom among other activity facilities, banquet hall, conference room, and coin laundry. A free parking lot with a capacity for 200 vehicles is also provided.
Access involves approximately a 40-minute drive from Kagoshima Airport or about a 10-minute drive from JR Kyushu Nippo Main Line’s Kirishimajingu Station. A shuttle service is available.
