The Westin Miyako Kyoto will offer parfaits lavishly using seasonal grapes from September 1 to October 31.
The “Shine Muscat Parfait” will be available from September 1 to October 5. The top features large Shine Muscat grapes, blueberries, delicate white chocolate garnishes, and refreshing lychee sorbet. The middle layer includes a special mille-feuille with crispy pastry and custard cream, and a light yogurt ice cream. The bottom layer consists of crunchy crumble cookies, mascarpone panna cotta, and muscat jelly with aloe.
The “Kyoho and Nagano Purple Parfait” will be available from September 27 to October 31. The top of the glass is adorned with glossy chocolate decorations, raspberries, and carefully cut flower-shaped Kyoho grapes. Beneath this are large Nagano Purple grapes, rich grape sorbet, and luscious rum raisin ice cream. The bottom layer features nutritious acai panna cotta and grape jelly filled with ample Kyoho grape pulp.
The location is the tea lounge “Mayfair.” Served from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Price is 3,200 yen each, including tax and service fee.
