Japan Airlines (JAL) has postponed the launch date of the “JAL Pay Mile UP Program”.
It was scheduled to start on November 1, but has been delayed due to various circumstances. The new start date is undecided and will be announced once determined. The campaign waiving the issuance fee for the JAL Pay prepaid card will be extended in line with the postponement, with the end date to be announced later.
The “Mile UP Program” increases the mileage accrual rate based on usage of JAL Pay and JAL NEOBANK. The base accrual rates are 0.5% for domestic transactions in Japan and 1.2% for overseas transactions.
