Air France launched its Paris/Charles de Gaulle–Phuket route on November 28.
The airline operates three round trips per week, with flights departing Paris/Charles de Gaulle on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and departing Phuket on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. The route is operated with Boeing 777-200 aircraft configured with a total of 328 seats: 28 in Business Class, 32 in Premium Economy Class, and 268 in Economy Class.
Phuket is the second destination in Thailand for Air France, following Bangkok. Together with KLM, the Air France-KLM Group now operates 27 round trips per week to Thailand.
