APA Hotel has signed a franchise agreement with Nanko Co., Ltd. and will open “APA Hotel <Kusatsu Ekimae> (tentative name)” in the autumn of 2027.
The building will be 11 stories above ground, with the front desk and lobby on the first floor and guest rooms on the 5th through 11th floors. There will be a total of 165 guest rooms: 163 standard rooms and 2 deluxe twin rooms. Rooms will be equipped with a large LCD TV of 50 inches or larger, a centralized bedside controller, an air conditioner with high-concentration nanoe X that helps suppress pollen, mold spores, viruses, and other airborne particles, and two types of original pillows.
