
Cathay Pacific Unveils 80th Anniversary Special Livery Airbus A350-900 at Tokyo Narita Airport
Air Canada will introduce up to 16 Airbus A350-1000 aircraft.
The order consists of 8 firm aircraft and 8 options. Deliveries are scheduled for the latter half of the 2030s. The airline revealed this as it announced the next phase of its fleet modernization program. The introduction will expand capacity on long-haul routes and feature next-generation cabin specifications.
In addition to this, the aircraft will supplement the 14 Boeing 787-10 aircraft scheduled to enter service later this year. Furthermore, Air Canada will introduce its first Airbus A321XLR aircraft within the next few months. Among its Boeing 737 MAX fleet, 5 leased aircraft are also scheduled to enter service within the year.
