
Qatar Airways to Operate Relief Flights from Muscat and Riyadh from March 5
LOT Polish Airlines has begun introducing in-flight Wi-Fi.
The airline has adopted Viasat’s “Viasat Amara” system and started installation on Boeing 787-9 aircraft. Service has already started on the first aircraft (registration: SP-LSA). Two more aircraft will be equipped by April.
The fee is 7 US dollars for “Chat,” which allows sending and receiving messages only, and 29 US dollars for “Streaming,” which enables browsing websites and watching videos. Business class passengers and elite members of the Miles & More frequent flyer program can use the service free of charge.
