
Hotel Granvia Kyoto Strawberry Sweets Buffet, January 9 to May 6
Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba will offer the “Musk Melon Afternoon Tea Set – A Blissful Moment” from March 1 to April 30.
The sweets selection includes a three-layer melon verrine with jelly and other components, melon roll cake, melon mousse decorated with a melon-net pattern, melon crunch, melon yokan (traditional Japanese jelly dessert), melon macaron, a melon tart topped with two kinds of melon, and a melon gâteau layered with melon buttercream and melon jelly. For savories, the set features a dish combining lobster consommé with white wine cream, clam arancini (rice croquettes), and canapés with prosciutto and sakura bread. Melon-flavored scones are served with clotted cream and melon jam. Beverages include Ronnefeldt tea, herbal teas, and coffee.
The venue is The Lobby Cafe on the 2nd floor. The serving time is a 2-hour seating between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Sweets and savories are plated individually per person. The price is 7,000 yen (tax and service charge included).
