Hotel Livemax Umeda Central in Osaka, Japan, will sequentially open the men-only sauna and large public bath facility “Sauna Max” and the capsule room area “Max Cabin” from mid-February through late March.
Located on the first basement floor, “Sauna Max” is a men-only bathhouse facility equipped with a sauna room, an ultra-cold water bath, a large public bath, and a relaxation area. Hot spring water for the large bath will be transported from Shionoe Onsen via the Livemax Resort Sanuki Shionoe Onsen, and the interior will feature designs inspired by Osaka Castle and tigers. It will also operate as a day-use hot spring and sauna facility, allowing non-staying guests to use it.
“Max Cabin” on the first floor is a men-only capsule room area scheduled to open in late March. It will offer a total of 30 beds, each cabin equipped with Wi-Fi and a private TV, and guests staying there can use Sauna Max free of charge.
