
Air India to Launch Tokyo Haneda–Mumbai Route on June 15
China Eastern Airlines will launch a Xi’an–Vienna route on April 20.
The airline will operate three round-trip flights per week on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, using Airbus A330 aircraft. The flight time will be 10 hours and 40 minutes from Xi’an, and 10 hours and 20 minutes from Vienna.
This is the first route connecting northwestern China and Austria, and it aims to strengthen ties in economic and trade relations as well as tourism. With this launch, the number of China Eastern’s European routes will increase to 27.
