Club Tourism has updated its response to the situation in the Middle East.
For tours to Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan, where Japan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued risk information at Level 2 or Level 3, and for trips transiting through Dubai, Doha, or Abu Dhabi, all departures through May 14 will be cancelled.
For departures on or after May 15, the decision on whether the tour will operate will be made around 40 to 50 days prior to departure. The condition for operating tours is that the risk level be downgraded to Level 1. Customers will be contacted individually regarding the cancellation of tours involving three airport transfers or operation using alternative flights.
