Hyatt Hotels: Member Discount Sale at Asia-Pacific Hotels Through June 1
Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay reopened its 20th-floor “Club InterContinental Lounge” on April 1 following a renovation.
With light and the sea as its theme, the interior is unified in white, black, and blue tones. The carpet, inspired by the ocean, is decorated with motifs such as bubbles, fish swimming in the open sea, and whale sharks, while the lighting features semi-transparent natural alabaster stone. Iridescent glass tiles in black and white have also been incorporated, and a common space with high tables has been created, along with an area that can be converted into private rooms using sliding partitions depending on the purpose of use. Guests staying in rooms with Club Lounge access can check in and check out at an exclusive reception and enjoy services such as breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail time. In addition to the breakfast buffet, a selection of main dishes is offered, including croque-madame, egg cocotte, Japanese-style breakfast, and various egg dishes.
The guest rooms on the high floors from the 20th to the 24th floor have been renovated, with new bed headboards and lighting installed, including alabaster bracket lights and dimmable lighting.
