
Hilton to Open Gajoen Tokyo LXR Hotels & Resorts in 2027
Bulgari Hotel Tokyo will offer its “Primavera Afternoon Tea” from March 20 to June 18.
The sweets selection includes a cake inspired by mimosa flowers, a fruit tart made with seasonal Japanese fruits, a cake combining mango with passion fruit and dark chocolate, and Zeppole di San Giuseppe—choux pastry filled with custard cream and amarena cherries, a traditional Italian confection enjoyed on Saint Joseph’s Day. The savory items feature Torta Pasqualina, a traditional Easter pie from Italy’s Liguria region filled with spinach, ricotta cheese, and eggs, as well as Bomba Burrata made with green peas, a typical spring ingredient.
The venue is the Bulgari Lounge on the 40th floor. The price is 12,500 yen, or 16,000 yen with English sparkling wine included.
