GENSEN HOLDINGS reopened Ooedo-Onsen-Monogatari Nagasaki Hotel Seifu as “Ooedo-Onsen-Monogatari Premium Nagasaki Hotel Seifu” on April 29.
All guest rooms have been renovated in a modern Japanese style based on the theme of traditional Japanese colors, adopting three design types: Kasumi-chigusa, Tsuchi-yamabuki, and Shinonome-aofuji. A new premium lounge has been created, designed so that guests can enjoy the night view of Nagasaki from every seat. Soft drinks, beer, and other alcoholic beverages are offered free of charge. Two large public baths have been set up, one on the top floor and one on the 3rd floor, with a men’s–women’s alternating system so guests can experience different bathing areas. A post-bath lounge has also been newly established, where soft drinks, beer, and other beverages are provided free of charge at the drink counter. In the restaurant, onsen steamed dishes prepared in bamboo steamers and Häagen-Dazs ice cream have been added, and local Nagasaki dishes such as lemon steak, Turkish rice, and sara-udon are served in buffet style. Guests can enjoy the night view from various areas of the building, including guest rooms, lounges, large public baths, and the restaurant.
Access: about 20 minutes from the Nagasaki Interchange (IC) on the Nagasaki Expressway, and about 10 minutes by car from JR Nagasaki Station.
