Japan Airlines (JAL) has decided to operate additional temporary flights on its Tokyo/Narita – Dallas/Fort Worth route.
One extra round-trip will be added, with departure from Tokyo/Narita on June 24 and from Dallas/Fort Worth on June 26. Together with the previously announced round-trip, this will make a total of two round-trips. The additional service will be operated with Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
In addition, JAL operates one daily round-trip service on the Tokyo/Haneda – Dallas/Fort Worth route.
During the FIFA World Cup soccer tournament kicking off on June 11, two matches of the Japan national team will be held at Dallas Stadium (AT&T Stadium) in the United States: Japan vs. the Netherlands on June 14 and Japan vs. Sweden on June 25.
