
Hoshino Resorts to Open “KAI Zao” Hot Spring Ryokan on October 15
Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo is offering a limited-time collaboration menu with “Nihonbashi Tendon Kaneko Hannosuke” and “Tsukemen Tsujita” starting May 11.
The menu features two dishes: “Edomae Tendon” (3,669 yen), a bowl of rice topped with carefully selected anago conger eel, shrimp, and other tempura, and “Rich Tsukemen” (1,898 yen), which pairs fragrant pork bone and seafood-based dipping broth with specially ordered noodles. Oishes, the company that operates these brands, is cooperating so that guests can enjoy the signature dishes of both restaurants inside the hotel.
The venue is “NAMIKI667 Bar & Lounge” on the 3rd floor. Opening hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. from Sunday to Wednesday, and from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. from Thursday to Saturday. All prices include tax and service charge.
