ES-CON opened Randor Hotel Sapporo Heritage on June 26.
The 14-story building has 125 guest rooms ranging in size from approximately 28 to 108 square meters, with around 90% of the rooms accommodating four to five guests. All rooms are equipped with a kitchen, unit bath, and washing machine. The top floor features three premium rooms exceeding 100 square meters, each with an island kitchen.
The hotel was built on the former site of the King Moo dance club, and its interior reuses objects featuring the hawks and ancient Mexico motifs of the former venue, as well as ruin-inspired panels. The property includes a lounge with a steam fireplace and lattice-style window sashes. Beside the entrance is a porch object representing the exterior of King Moo, while the first-floor elevator hall displays a stone slab whose lettering illuminates when touched, along with photographs from that time.
Access: a 6-minute walk from Nakajima-koen Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway, a 7-minute walk from Susukino Station, and an 8-minute walk from Hosui-Susukino Station.
