Delta Air Lines has been offering its AI assistance feature, “Delta Concierge,” available in its official app to all members since August 27.
For SkyMiles members, the in-app chat service handles flight status checks, reservation changes, full itinerary cancellations, refund and eCredit requests, and checked baggage tracking based on booking and membership information. Members can also check their mileage balance and Medallion Qualification Dollars, while alternative flights are offered in the event of delays.
While the app itself is in English, Delta Concierge is also available in Japanese. A beta version was launched for select members in October 2025, and access and features have been gradually expanded based on usage and feedback.
Use of the service requires free SkyMiles membership registration. It can be accessed via the icon in the upper-right corner of the home screen in the latest version of the app, and additional features are planned as it continues in beta.
