Tachihi Hospitality Management will open THE NEXTT HOTEL on March 1, 2027.
The 12-story building, with two basement levels, will feature 211 guest rooms on floors 6 through 12. The rooms will be offered in six types: double, twin, suite, universal, dog-friendly, and Japanese-style rooms. Room sizes will range from 18 to 99 square meters.
The hotel will include seven banquet halls, an all-day dining venue, a bakery, a restaurant with private rooms, a bar, and a shop. Dining will be available at the all-day dining venue, restaurant, bakery, and bar. Its large banquet hall, spanning approximately 1,050 square meters and accommodating up to around 1,500 guests, will support a wide range of uses, including events, exhibitions, and receptions.
The hotel is a five-minute walk from JR Tachikawa Station and a three-minute walk from Tachikawa-Kita Station on the Tama Monorail.
