Surutto KANSAI Council to Launch Digital Ticket Service ‘Surutto QRtto’ on June 17
The Surutto KANSAI Council will start the digital ticket service “Surutto QRtto (Qrutto)” on June 17.
This will be the first common digital ticket service in Japan that allows the use of transportation from multiple railway and bus operators through a QR code ticket purchased on a smartphone.
Initially, the service will be available for Osaka Municipal Subway (Osaka Metro), Osaka City Bus, Kinki Nippon Railway, Keihan Electric Railway, Nankai Electric Railway, Hankyu Corporation, Hanshin Electric Railway, and affiliated tourist facilities.
