Introduction of ‘Express’ Service on the Matsuyama – Shin-Onomichi/Fukuyama Route by High-Speed Bus
Japan Central Bus will start operating early morning services from Maebashi, Takasaki, and Fujioaka to Tokyo Station from June 1.
The service departs from Maebashi Bus Center at 2:45 a.m., stops at the south exit of Maebashi Station, Takasaki Bus Center, the east exit of Takasaki Station, and Fujioaka Interchange, arriving at Bus Terminal Tokyo Yaesu at 5:30 a.m.
This service is timed to connect with the first Shinkansen trains that cannot be caught from Takasaki, including the Nozomi 1 (bound for Hakata), Yamabiko 51 (bound for Morioka), and Kagayaki 501 (bound for Tsuruga).
The one-way fare is 2,700 yen for adults, with a 500 yen discount in June to celebrate the start of the service. Early booking fares available exclusively online start from 2,200 yen.
