Kinki Japan Tourist has revamped its travel vouchers to be web-compatible and has started selling them at stores nationwide and on the website.
The web-compatible travel vouchers ‘Free Selection’ and the digital travel gift ‘Best Selection’ can be used after registering on the website. Upon booking a trip, payment can be completed using the card number and the PIN issued at the time of registration.
In the event of loss, the use of the vouchers can be suspended and reissued via the website, which will also notify customers of the expiration date. The vouchers still support in-store use as before. When purchased from the website, they can also be sent as digital data.
‘Free Selection’ vouchers are available in seven denominations: 1,000 yen, 5,000 yen, 10,000 yen, 50,000 yen, 100,000 yen, 200,000 yen, and 500,000 yen. They are valid for five years from the day after issuance and can be used for dynamic package products and accommodation in Japan and overseas, as well as for Club Tourism’s travel products. However, they are not currently available for use at Club Tourism stores, call centers, or for Club Tourism travel products booked through the Club Tourism website.
The ‘Best Selection’ offers four types: Standard (50,000 yen), Superior (100,000 yen), Extreme (200,000 yen), and Brilliant (500,000 yen), with a one-year validity period from the day after issuance.
