Korean Air will operate inbound charter flights on the Kagoshima-Seoul/Incheon route.
From January 4 to March 4, 2024, the airline will operate a total of 42 flights, with 21 round trips using the Boeing 737-900ER aircraft. The charter flights from South Korea are aimed at tourists who wish to enjoy golf and sightseeing in Kagoshima. A similar series of charter flights were also operated from January to April 2023, with 35 round trips, serving approximately 4,500 passengers.
In addition to these flights, Korean Air has resumed three weekly round trips of regular flights on the same route since October 29, which operate on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
