EVA Air has placed an order for 33 Airbus aircraft.
The order consists of 18 Airbus A350-1000 aircraft and 15 Airbus A321neo aircraft. The A321neo represents the carrier’s first direct purchase.
President of EVA Air, Clay Sun, stated, “After thoroughly evaluating various models across all market segments, we chose Airbus aircraft. In each size category, we’ve selected the type that offers the most modern, fuel-efficient, and highest level of passenger comfort. Moreover, these aircraft will lead to a substantial reduction in carbon dioxide emissions, aligning with our sustainability goals. For long-haul operations, the A350-1000 sets a new standard for its class and allows us to provide our customers with the best in-flight experience.”
