Hilton has entered into a management agreement with Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., and will open ‘Conrad Yokohama’ in 2027.
The building will be a 40-story structure, situated on the 1st through 16th floors of the facility in the provisional North Naka-dori North District A1 & A2 Area Project. It will feature a total of 272 rooms, mainly standard rooms of about 48 square meters, alongside a gym, spa, indoor pool, executive lounge, wedding chapel, approximately 360 square meters ballroom, and versatile meeting spaces.
The luxury brand ‘Conrad Hotels & Resorts’ already operates in Tokyo and Osaka, with a new opening in Nagoya scheduled for 2026. This will be the fourth Conrad property in Japan.
Access is about a 5-minute walk from JR Sakuragicho Station and about a 2-minute walk from Minatomirai Line Bashamichi Station. It also boasts excellent access to Pacifico Yokohama, Landmark Tower, the Red Brick Warehouse, Chinatown, and more.
