Tsuruga Resort is to reopen its buffet restaurant ‘La Mer’ at Lake Saroma Tsuruga Resort on April 26.
Following the hotel concept of ‘A resort for adults to enjoy time leisurely,’ the restaurant will be fully renovated with a chic yet modern and stylish design. The interior, inspired by history and archaeological sites, combined with the majestic nature of Lake Saroma, will create a calm and private atmosphere.
Featuring fresh oysters, scallops, and other seafood from Lake Saroma, as well as agricultural produce harvested in the vicinity, the restaurant will offer a new style of dining with a live open kitchen.
