IndiGo will introduce up to 100 Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
30 aircraft have been confirmed for order, with an option for 70 more. The reception of the aircraft is scheduled to begin in 2027. A conference call was held on April 30th to disclose further details.
In June 2023, IndiGo announced the largest ever order of 500 aircraft at the Paris Air Show, expanding its Airbus A320 family order backlog to about 1,000 aircraft.
