The ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort is offering a unique dining experience called “Floating Afternoon Tea” by the poolside, available for a limited time from April 25th to September 30th.
The tea set includes eight types of sweets and seven types of savories, totaling 15 menu items, along with drinks on a large tray, served poolside at the Sunset Pool. Guests can also rent private space cabanas (tent-style) by the poolside.
The sweets selection features items like shikuwasa macarons, brown sugar and sanpin tea crème brûlée from Iriomote Island, and scones with Euglena. Savories include Ishigaki beef and foie gras mini burgers, truffle potatoes, and gougères, showcasing ingredients from Ishigaki Island.
The location is at the Sunset Pool. Service times are 4:00 pm, 4:30 pm, and 5:00 pm, each session lasting for two hours. The price is 20,000 yen (including tax and service charge) for two people. This experience is exclusively available to two pairs of staying guests per day.
