Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo to Open Exclusive Lounge for Guests on April 1
Oedo Onsen Monogatari Hotels & Resorts has opened “TAOYA Kisoji” on April 15.
This is a rebrand of the former Oedo Onsen Monogatari Hotel Kisoji. The concept is “Timeless Kisoji-Modern, a contemporary traveller’s inn.” The hotel offers a total of 90 rooms in 9 types including newly established Japanese-modern twin rooms, Japanese-style rooms, and Western-style twin rooms.
The hotel has adopted an all-inclusive system, which includes local Kiso sake and wines from Nagano Prefecture in the accommodation price, available during dinner. A brand’s first noren (traditional Japanese fabric divider) is set up at the entrance. A fireplace has been newly installed in the lounge, offering coffee, soft drinks, alcohol such as beer and wine, and soft-serve ice cream.
Access is about 15 minutes by car from JR Nakatsugawa Station. A free shuttle bus operates between JR Nakatsugawa Station and JR Nagiso Station.
