KNT-CT Holdings has decided on new appointments for its chairman and president.
Mr. Akinori Yoneda, the current Representative Director President, will become the Representative Director Chairman, and Mr. Yoshihiro Koyama, the current Representative Director Executive Vice President, will take over as the Representative Director President.
The change aims to further promote the group’s business structure reform and seek the development of the company under the new management structure. The appointments will be officially confirmed at the regular shareholders’ meeting and the board of directors meeting scheduled for June 13.
KNT-CT Holdings had announced in March 2023 that Mr. Yoneda would become the chairman and Mr. Koyama the president. However, this decision was revoked after an incident involving overcharging for COVID-19 vaccination operations at Kinki Nippon Tourist, a consolidated subsidiary.
