Japan Central Bus to Start Early Morning Services from Maebashi, Takasaki, Fujioaka to Tokyo Station, Making It in Time for the First Shinkansen
Japan Central Bus will start operating early morning services from Maebashi, Takasaki, and Fujioaka to Tokyo Station from June 1.
The service departs from Maebashi Bus Center at 2:45 a.m., stops at the south exit of Maebashi Station, Takasaki Bus Center, the east exit of Takasaki Station, and Fujioaka Interchange, arriving at Bus Terminal Tokyo Yaesu at 5:30 a.m.
This service is timed to connect with the first Shinkansen trains that cannot be caught from Takasaki, including the Nozomi 1 (bound for Hakata), Yamabiko 51 (bound for Morioka), and Kagayaki 501 (bound for Tsuruga).
The one-way fare is 2,700 yen for adults, with a 500 yen discount in June to celebrate the start of the service. Early booking fares available exclusively online start from 2,200 yen.
