Air Canada has extended its partnership with the Canadian Olympic Committee and the Canadian Paralympic Committee until 2030.
The partnership includes the next four Olympic and Paralympic Games, starting with this summer’s Paris Olympics and Paralympics. At an event held in Toronto, a Boeing 777 aircraft with a special livery was unveiled, representing Canada’s values and the excellence of its sports. Ten Team Air Canada athlete ambassadors, embodying these values, were also introduced.
In Paris, Air Canada will transport over 1,000 Canadian team athletes and officials, and will host celebrations for the athletes’ departure and return, supporting them throughout their journey.
Air Canada has been the official airline for the Olympics since 1988 and for the Paralympics since 2007. It is also the official airline for the Canadian Swimming Federation and the Athletics Federation.
