Hilton Tokyo Bay Offers ‘Summer Afternoon Tea’
Hilton Tokyo Bay is hosting the ‘Summer Afternoon Tea’ from June 26 to September 10, featuring a total of 14 dessert and savory items made with vegetables and fruits that are in season during summer.
The dessert menu includes 8 types of dishes such as ‘Melon Custard Eclair’, ‘Alphonso Mango Mousse’, and ‘Choco Banana S’mores Tart’, inspired by roasted marshmallows. For savories, options like ‘Carbonara Blancmange’, traditional Paraguayan ‘Corn Pound Cake “Sopa Paraguaya”’, and ‘Cold Capellini with Eggplant Caponata’ are prepared. Additionally, a limited mocktail (850 yen) that lets you enjoy the flavors of grapefruit, mint, passion fruit, and peach is available. It symbolizes the seashore with blue soda containing blue curaçao.
