Accor and Public Investment Advisory are set to open the “Novotel Nara” on September 4.
This will mark the second Novotel property in Japan, following the Novotel Okinawa Naha which opened in 2018. The concept of “Your time, Your way,” is featured throughout the nine-story building, which boasts 264 rooms across 14 different types, including suites. The interior design draws inspiration from Nara’s culture, crafts, and serene nature, adopting a modern design with wellness as a core concept. The executive lounge, available for guests staying on the 8th and 9th floors, offers complimentary snacks and drinks.
The all-day dining restaurant, featuring a pizza oven, is committed to the “slow food” concept, serving Italian cuisine using local ingredients from Nara Prefecture and the surrounding area. Additional facilities include a social lounge, an outdoor terrace & bar, a wellness area, a large communal bath, a gym, two banquet halls, and meeting rooms.
An “OPENing SPECIAL OFFER” is available to celebrate the opening. This offer includes a credit worth 3,000 yen that can be used at the all-day dining restaurant or the social lounge. The booking period is until September 30, with the stay period from September 4 to December 20. Prices start from 11,000 yen per person, with the offer applicable only to new reservations for up to two people per room.
Access is an 8-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Line’s Shin-Omiya Station, or about 6 minutes by car from JR Nara Station.
