Royal Hotel will open its first hotel-condominium, RIHGA Royal Resort Okinawa Chatan, in the spring of 2026.
The business is a joint venture with Keihan Real Estate and Sekisui House Tokai, with Tokyu Resort acting as the sales agent, and Royal Hotel managing the hotel operations.
The 18-story building will have 209 rooms, each larger than 40 square meters, designed for medium to long stays with kitchens and laundry facilities. An infinity pool and sauna-equipped large public bath, as well as a premium lounge, will be located on the top floor. The facility will also feature dining options and a fitness gym.
Access to the resort is a 5-minute walk from the Vessel Hotel Campana Okinawa bus stop, a 6-minute walk from The Beach Tower Okinawa bus stop, and approximately 35 minutes by car from Okinawa/Naha Airport.
