Hotel InterContinental Tokyo Bay will be selling mango-themed cocktails and mocktails, inspired by the ‘Mexican Sun,’ from July 1 to August 31.
The dessert cocktail ‘Sun with Sunflower’ (3,300 JPY) is based on Cuervo Tequila, which has a hint of oak barrel aroma from over two months of barrel aging, mixed with mango syrup, pineapple juice, coconut-flavored Malibu, fresh cream, and a vanilla frappe base to create a slightly loosened frozen cocktail, topped with a half-size mango and decorated with dried pineapple and candy art to resemble sunflowers.
The mocktail ‘Mango Green Flash’ (2,640 JPY) consists of a frozen blend of kiwi syrup topped with mango syrup, mango juice, orange, vanilla frappe base, and lime juice, decorated on top with mango and orange peel to represent the sun, visually capturing the ‘Green Flash’ phenomenon.
Located on the first floor at Hudson Lounge, these drinks are served from 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM, and until 10:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and days before holidays. Prices include tax but exclude service fees.
